Elverys will be working with NSRT http://www.nsrt.ie/ (National School of Remedial Therapy) and they are coming to the Irish runner 5 Mile, offering free physical sports massage and advice. They will provide the service before and after the race with a maximum of 4 therapists beside the Elvery’s truck.
