Pre-Race Preparation:
💧 Start hydrating 24–48 hours before race day (small amounts throughout the day).
⚡️ Include electrolytes (sports drinks or tablets) to help retain fluids.

💧 Consider bringing your water in a hydration belt or vest for easy access during the race.

Race Morning:
💧 Sip water or electrolyte drinks steadily—don’t wait until you’re thirsty.
🧢 Wear light, breathable clothing and consider a hat or visor.
☀️ Apply Sunscreen generously before heading to the start area.

During the Race:

🧴Make use of both hydration stations along the route (3km and 6km).
💧 Pour water over your head/neck if feeling overheated.
🐢Adjust your pace if you feel dizzy, light-headed, or nauseous—listen to your body.

Post-Race Recovery:
💧 Rehydrate as soon as possible—electrolyte drinks are ideal.
🌳 Stay in the shade and cool down gradually.

Be Aware:
🚨Watch for signs of heat exhaustion: dizziness, confusion, headaches, cramps. Stop and seek help if needed
