Refund Window

The Irish Life Dublin Marathon refund window will take place from Wednesday, July 3rd at 9:00 to Tuesday, July 16th at 23:59. Entrants will only receive a refund within this period.

Entrants who opt for this will be charged €20 to cover the administration of the refund.

To claim a refund, you can log into your Eventmaster account and click on the clearly marked ‘Refund’ button. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been completed.

Those who claim a refund are not considered entrants for the 2024 Irish Life Dublin Marathon.

There is no refund option for the Irish Life Dublin Half Marathon or any of the Irish Life Dublin Race Series events.

Resale

Places made available via the refund window will be resold on a first-come-first-served basis from Monday, July 22^nd at 12pm.

Transfer

The transfer window for the Irish Life Dublin Marathon and Half Marathon will open from Wednesday July 24th at 9:00 to Saturday August 24^th at 23.59. We cannot move the date later than this as it would impact the appropriate event management needed to organise events of this scale.

The Transfer process will be managed via Eventmaster with a €20 fee charged to the person receiving the entry for the Irish Life Dublin Marathon and a €5 fee charged to the person receiving the entry for the Irish Life Dublin Half Marathon.

Please note selling or attempting to swap race numbers outside of the transfer window will result in the number being cancelled.

Scams

We have become aware of numerous scams which are being promoted on social media. Please note that the only way to transfer a place for the Irish Life Dublin Marathon and Irish Life Dublin Half Marathon is via the official entry system, which Eventmaster manages.
