Important Transfer Information
Transfers are only eligible during the official transfer window and an entry can only be transferred once.
To ensure the new runner receives the correct bib number and receives all important runner communications, all transfers must be completed through the official Eventmaster transfer system.
Any entries transferred outside the official Eventmaster transfer system will be cancelled.
Irish Life Dublin Marathon:
A €20 transfer fee (plus platform and payment charges) will be charged to the person receiving the entry.
Irish Life Dublin Half Marathon:
A €10 transfer fee (plus platform and payment charges) will be charged to the person receiving the entry.
How to Process Your Transfer
Login to your Eventmaster Account HERE using the email you registered with
Go to ‘My Tickets’ and select your Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2026 / Irish Life Dublin Half Marathon 2026 order.
Select ‘TICKET TRANSFER’.
Enter the name and email address of the person you want to transfer the ticket to (Please ensure you use the correct email address.
Select ‘START TRANSFER’.
Irish Life Dublin Marathon:
The runner receiving the entry will need to accept the transfer and pay the €20 transfer fee (plus platform and payment charges) on or before September 23rd 2026, in order for the transfer to be completed.
Irish Life Dublin Half Marathon:
The runner receiving the entry will need to accept the transfer and pay the €5 transfer fee (plus platform and payment charges) on or before August 23rd 2026, in order for the transfer to be completed.
Confirmation of the transfer will appear on your screen.
The runner who has been sent the ticket transfer will receive an email and a link to process the transfer.
The runner receiving the entry can accept or decline the ticket transfer now. If they accept, they can enter the required information and proceed to payment.
Additional Transfer Information
We are aware numerous transfer scams that are being promoted on social media. You can check if your Irish Life Dublin Marathon entry is a legitimate one by entering the email address and order ID of the ticket holder HERE.

Please note that the only way to officially transfer a ticket for these events is through the official Eventmaster transfer system.
Once the transfer has been accepted and the transfer fee has been paid through Eventmaster, the transfer is final and cannot be reversed.
This transfer does not include a refund to the original entry holder.
The payment for the entry beyond the transfer fee (plus platform and payment charges) should be arranged directly between the original participant and the runner receiving the transfer. Please note that neither Eventmaster nor Dublin Marathon Group are involved in or responsible for any payments agreed between participants.
Each entry can only be transferred once, and the runner receiving the transfer cannot transfer it again to another individual.
