Charity fundraising has always been at the heart of the Irish Life Dublin Marathon, with over €9 million raised each year by our amazing runners. Our charity programme, in partnership with realbuzz, is growing each year and there are now over 50 Irish and International charities officially partnered with the event. You can apply to run for any one of these amazing causes and raise vital funds. Just visit the charity listing, pick a cause close to your heart and hit enquire to start your application. They’ll be in touch directly about your application once they’ve reviewed it
To guarantee your place, you must commit to reaching the fundraising target for your chosen charity. You’ll be supported throughout your fundraising journey by the realbuzz team and your charity team, to race day! Plus, to thank you for choosing to run for charity, you’ll also get:

Cheering stations along the course and an expo meet and greet
An invite to an exclusive finisher event for charity runners
